      背景介绍

      杜前舟,2023年9月加入中国科学技术大学管理科学系(特任副教授)。2019年9月-2023年8月期间,任职于南京大学商学院市场营销与电子商务系(助理教授)。2019年6月,于弗吉尼亚理工大学潘普林商学院商业信息技术系获得博士学位。主要研究方向包括:文本挖掘,社交媒体分析,金融科技,群体智慧,以及开放创新。相关研究成果发表于Production                                         and Operations Management, Journal of Management Information Systems, Journal of                                         the Association for Information Science and Technology, Information Systems                                         Journal, Tourism Management, Information Processing and Management, and                                         International Journal of Hospitality Management等期刊。担任过Information Systems                                         Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Management                                         Information Systems, Tourism Management, Information & Management, Decision                                         Support Systems, Decision Science, Electronic Commerce Research and                                         Applications, Internet Research, Information Technology and Management, Information                                             Processing and Management以及Information                                         Systems Journal等期刊的审稿人。此外,还担任过ICIS、PACIS 等国际会议的Track AE。

宋志平,男,汉族,1956年10月出生,中共党员,博士研究生学历。

宋志平现任中国科学技术大学科技商学院院长,中国上市公司协会会长,曾担任中国建材集团有限公司党委书记、董事长,中国医药集团总公司董事长。党的十五大和十八大代表,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,全国劳动模范。积累了40年的企业经营和管理经验,获评“袁宝华企业管理金奖”“中国经济年度人物”“全球华人经济领袖”“《财富》CEO终生成就奖”“新中国成立70周年卓越贡献企业家终身成就奖”、中国证券金紫荆奖「最具影响力领袖奖」等多项殊荣。

历任北新集团建材股份有限公司董事长,中国建材股份有限公司董事局主席,中国建材集团有限公司党委书记、董事长;2009年-2014年同时出任中国建筑材料集团有限公司与中国医药集团总公司两家央企的董事长,带领两家充分竞争领域的企业跻身世界五百强企业行列;2012年-2018年,任中国上市公司协会会员副会长。2019年5月11日当选中国上市公司协会会长。
