朱宁,男,2012年毕业于天津大学管理科学与工程专业获博士学位。现任中国科学技术大学教授,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要研究兴趣包括智慧城市管理、交通与物流系统建模与优化、信息系统、运筹优化技术(整数优化、随机优化和鲁棒优化)、机器学习等。发表学术论文50余篇,包括M&SOM、INFORMS Journal on Computing(2篇)、Transportation Science、Transportation Research Part A/B(9篇)/C/E(4篇)、EJOR(4篇)、管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践等。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,教育部项目2项,企业合作课题若干。担任多本国内外知名期刊审稿人,如M&SOM、IJOC、TR-Part B、EJOR等。承担一些编辑工作。

宋志平,男,汉族,1956年10月出生,中共党员,博士研究生学历。
宋志平现任中国科学技术大学科技商学院院长,中国上市公司协会会长,曾担任中国建材集团有限公司党委书记、董事长,中国医药集团总公司董事长。党的十五大和十八大代表,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,全国劳动模范。积累了40年的企业经营和管理经验,获评“袁宝华企业管理金奖”“中国经济年度人物”“全球华人经济领袖”“《财富》CEO终生成就奖”“新中国成立70周年卓越贡献企业家终身成就奖”、中国证券金紫荆奖「最具影响力领袖奖」等多项殊荣。
历任北新集团建材股份有限公司董事长,中国建材股份有限公司董事局主席,中国建材集团有限公司党委书记、董事长;2009年-2014年同时出任中国建筑材料集团有限公司与中国医药集团总公司两家央企的董事长,带领两家充分竞争领域的企业跻身世界五百强企业行列;2012年-2018年,任中国上市公司协会会员副会长。2019年5月11日当选中国上市公司协会会长。
